Job Description

Call Centre Agent Roles & Responsibilities: (Semi Non Voice Process – Email/Chat)

· Provide chat, email support to resolve user queries with proactive troubleshooting

· Follow pre-defined templates and ability to write free text emails/chats

· Ability and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality and accuracy

· Work and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure user queries are resolved in short turnaround time

· Should be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment

· Should possess robust writing skills in both email and chat with proper grammar and punctuation

· Build credibility and trust with the customers/players by empathizing with their problem in words and tone of email/chat

· Should work as a team player and work with minimal supervision

Required Skills:

· Typing speed of minimum 40 words per minute with 95% accuracy

· Experience of using chat tools is preferred

· Customer service experience with strong customer focus

· Self-starter who is excited about learning new technologies on a daily basis

· Strong multi-tasking skills

Selection Process:

· HR Round

· Operational Round

· International Versant Test Score of 60% or above

· Final Round with Client


Qualification: Any Graduate/Pursuing

Experience: Fresher’s/ Experienced

Shifts: Rotational Shift

Job Location: Abids - Hyderabad

Cab Drop facilities ( Available for night shifts only)
